It's the first day of official summer, that means it's time for fresh foods, late nights, and road trips. What better time than now for a team challenge? The new co-leaders and I have come up with a new challenge for this summer.
As a team we will add up the distances from our exercise (the miles walked on a treadmill, or distance on an elliptical, etc) and then see how far we could go on a map. What good would any road trip be without good food? So, we also want you trying out some new fruits and veggies, along with some PCOS friendly foods. This challenge will be more than just a fitness challenge, and definitely more than weight loss.
Signups start today and end June 28th. The challenge will run from July 1st through July 31st.
We'll be opening signups TODAY! So go on over and signup. We'd love to see how far we can go as a team on the "roadtrip"
