Honestly, not too good. I got very sore after a few days, decided to take a day to rest and got totally off track. But I have started back but only doing 5 sets of 27 a day to start. I think maybe 10 sets was too high a goal to start with.
At a recent competition that my martial arts class hosted the black belt Master who was the announcer for the day challenged everyone to start doing 10 sets of push-ups a day with the number of push-ups that matches how old you are (for example, I am 27, so I will be doing 10 sets of 27 push-ups throughout my day). Me and several people who will be doing belt tests on May 21st have committed to take on this challenge in preparation for out tests. I am also adding 10 sets of 27 crunches to this too because I really need to work on my core!
