I just found out that my horrible period and migraines were in fact another miscarriage. As a result, activity wise I'll be taking it easy for a few day.

I'll still be eating right and drinking my water. I hope this doesn't hurt our team.

Despite my activity at the gym, my weight still went up. I have been taking some pain killers due to a week long headache. Hoping its either muscle from the working out or water from the Advils. I'll find out tonight when my trainer does my measuremnts. emoticon

That sounds like a great plan. i have started walking at work during my lunch break. Quite a few of the ladies at work do the same path during lunch and so it's kinda fun, even if sometimes i go off by myself, since i get an earlier lunch that any of them. i would like to find time to work out for another 1/2 hour at night, but i just can't find the time at home.

I have started to try and get to the gym to do cardio everyday for an hour on top of my personal trainer time. They say if you do something repeatedly for 21 days it becomes a habit. This is one habit I am certainly hoping to form.

It is really hot and humid here as well which really sucks. But what I have done is used my workout DVDs and directed two fans on me that constantly blow at me it seems to help out some.

We have places here that you can do lane swimming as well so then other swimmers don't get in your way or else designated aquasize times as well. I personally want to try aqua boxercise but they won't have it again till fall.

We also have walking tracks that are indoors and the building is air conditioned.

QUELEENDAH: Not sure how close you are to a mall but when it is too hot to be outside I try to go walk the malls. We have a couple within 10-15 minutes of our house so I can switch it up some if I am bored with one.

Have to watch out for the kiddies when swimming. Some of the swimming holes around here are quite populated on hot days, but sometimes they have a seperate swimming area for those that want to just swim. Additionally, ensure you take a hot shower with soap as soon as possible after swimming in a lake to avoid swimmers itch.

Water aerobics are nice for working out on hot days. i love going to the lake on hot days and swimming until my heart is content.

Starting weight... 283.2 as of yesterday (i was on vacation on Monday and didn't weigh in).
