Well - its the end of the challenge!

Here are my stat totals for 8/6/10-9/6/10:

weight on 8/6/10: 286.6
weight on 9/06/10: 280.8
Total Loss for challenge: 5.8 pounds

Activity Points: 605

Total Points for Challenge: 753

I know its not much, but I've completed the challenge, lost almost 6 pounds, and it feels good! Thanks for putting this together

Sorry for running away again. Nursing school is killing me not so slowly and I'm in the middle of moving. I guess this is around the time this challenge is stopping and I'm sorry I wasn't here much. I definitely want to get another one going, with a co-captain to really help out when I'm not here, but this time I want it to go longer than a month. Maybe until a holiday? Any suggestions are welcome.

I've been doing well as far as eating/exercise goes. How is everyone else?

my weight is stalled again, but I know why...a combo of too much salt and (TMI!) I have not been able to "take care of business" in the bathroom emoticon Drinking LOTS of water today hoping that things will get better.

Life DOES get crazy sometimes, but I for one commend you on your determination to deal with this at all during such a rough time! Last February I was doing great on my plan, and had lost 20 pounds. Then a tree fell on our house and all heck broke loose. I totally let go of taking care of myself. That plus my back injury a few months later had me up 30 pounds by the time I recommitted. Keep your head up girl - you CAN do this! emoticon emoticon

We didn't get the house we wanted. I'm bummed. We have gotten an apartment set up though. We can't move until the 27th which sucks, but at least we have a place to stay at my parents. Hope you are all doing well!

I went through the exact same moving situation last year - not fun and I really feel for you! But don't worry, things have a way of working out even if it isn't the way you planned emoticon

Sorry I've been missing! I am exhausted. We got completely moved out of our old place Sunday, but are kind of stuck in limbo because the new place fell through. We're staying at my parents for now, but I would like to know I have some place to go soon! We are trying to rent a house, but we haven't found out yet whether we get it or not. I don't like not knowing where I'll be next week. Hoping we find out soon. Although I did exercise a TON by moving. So that's good at least.

So I'm behind on my duties here because of all the moving. Sorry guys!

I had a great weekend,eating very healthy - still not able to do much exercise as the nerves in my back are acting up again - having some pain and numbness issues. Did a few minutes this morning and will maybe do some yoga/stretching tonight.

How did everyone else's weekend go? Does anyone else have physical challenges/limitations they are struggling with?

The challenge is:

For the dates provided get in 600 minutes of physical activity. Every minute tracked counts as a point.

For bonus points:
8 glasses of water a day = 4 pt per day
2 servings of fruit a day = 1 pt per day
2 servings of veggies a day = 1pt per day
Pounds lost = 1pt per lb

Friday:
Walked .5 a mile in 13mins - 13pts
Ate 2 serving fruit - 1pt
Total: 14pts
Sunday:
Swam for 80 mins - 80 pts.
Total: 94pts

Tuesday:
Walking for 12 mins - 12pts.
Total: 106pts

Wednesday:
2 servings of veggies - 1pt
Total: 107

Thursday:
Swam for 35 mins - 35 pts.
Bowled for 30 mins - 30pts.
Packing/Moving boxes/Stretching 10 mins - 10pts


Total: 182

Blue: that confusion would be my fault. Challenge started the 6th of august. You can post points daily or on Fridays.

Also, I'll be gone for the rest of today and tomorrow. It's my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend. I'm excited.

It's been crazy over here. Lots of things to do and some personal problems. I didn't bend to emotional eating, which is great because I really wanted to. Hope you have a great couple days without me!

I'm doing good today, but yesterday wasn't feeling so well. exercise is a challenge because I still have issues with my back from an injury several months ago. I did some on monday, but afraid to do much. My weightloss has stalled and been going up and down the same pound. I guess this challege came at the right time to keep me on track.

Hope everyone else is doing great!

Questions: Are we supposed to be posting our points every day? When was the official start date? I thought it was monday since thats when we posted our start weight, but read somewhere else it was friday -just want to know where to start keeping track of points.
