Hey everyone. I wanted to let you all know that I didn't jump ship. We went on vacation and just got back yesterday. I borrowed a friend's laptop and wireless card so I could still participate but I couldn't get it work at all.

Doing good here, just finished a 5.26 mile with my demon spawn. We walked the trails in the park (its a really big park). It was a very beautiful day and not too hot, so I wanted to go enjoy it. Anyway, doing good on keeping my carbs in check..didn't get 2 or more veggies in yesterday but its all good. Wishing everyone a great week!! GO TEAM!!!
