After a tally of votes the challenge has been set. Members will be divided into teams and each teams point will be added up. The individual who does best out of everyone and the team that does best all together will be deemed the winners.
The challenge is:
For the dates provided get in 600 minutes of physical activity. Every minute tracked counts as a point.
For bonus points:
8 glasses of water a day = 4 pt per day
2 servings of fruit a day = 1 pt per day
2 servings of veggies a day = 1pt per day
Pounds lost = 1pt per lb
You can post daily or weekly. Try to weigh in and put up results by Fridays. There will be individual forums for each team. Once I have heard from everyone wanting a team those will be set up. Please join only if you are serious! I also need volunteers for team leader.
You have from August 6th through September 6th (1 month/ 4 weeks and some change for the late starters).
