So I'm starting late ... Like really late! But I think it's still possible to get the 600 minutes in by September. Plus, I don't drink enough water so I try to add points by drinking 8 cups of water a day to maybe make up for some of the week I missed.

I think I can do this! It will be a little tough with school starting but I think this is just what I need to keep me motivated!

So basically 600 fitness minutes spread out over 30 days is around 20 minutes a day or 40 minutes every other day. I can totally do that! Eating more fruits is going to be rough, cuz I don't like them, but I'll do my best! :)Thanks for the challenge!

After a tally of votes the challenge has been set.

The challenge is:

For the dates provided get in 600 minutes of physical activity. Every minute tracked counts as a point.

For bonus points:
8 glasses of water a day = 4 pt per day
2 servings of fruit a day = 1 pt per day
2 servings of veggies a day = 1pt per day
Pounds lost = 1pt per lb

You can post daily or weekly. Try to weigh in and put up results by Fridays.

You have from August 6th through September 6th (1 month/ 4 weeks and some change for the late starters).
