thats what you have all day, every day? How long has it taken you to drop the weight you have? I don't know if i could just eat chicken/veggies/almonds and water all day every day - lol!!

I'm,
New here my starting weight was 294 0f 12/30/08 now down to 250 so now not looking back saying goodbye to the old me.
