No one should ever go under 1200 calories a day, it'll send your body into starvation mode. That might be why you're not losing enough. Then again you should also enter your drinks for accurate calorie intake. What is spark people suggesting you eat calorie wise?

I swim at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes a day, striving for 45 but my hypoglycemia will not allow for more than 30. I think I'm eating around 1100 calories a day, according to SparkPeople, probably about 200-300 over that, because I always forget to enter my coffee in the morning and other drinks.
