I started at the beginning and so far am loving it! It gives me something to look forward to! Also love the short videos for those of us who can't do an hour of cardio yet. I have lost 11 lbs. to date!!!! I was soooo sore the first week but am doing great now. I add 30 minutes of cardio every day by doing 3 ten-minute videos. Idon't even care about the prizes because my gift is losing the weight!!

I joined the challenge today and did the day six workout in addition to 60 minutes of aerobics. The workout for today was simple but I fear tomorrows because I have real weak abs.
Small steps will get me there.

Nope I'm not. I'm concentrated on my gym membership that I pay for and the Jillian Michaels workouts I pay for. I'm an idiot... for paying for it... but it works and her workouts are showing GREAT results for me. Have fun with them.

Is anyone else doing this? I started it as scheduled on Sunday but I am sure you could just start at any point too just not be eligible for prizes, but big deal on that really in my opinion.
The videos have been really good and I have actually been able to do the extra cardio on schedule so far :)
