I'd like to lose a bit, but if not, at least not gain anything. I am watching what I eat except for very special parties or something. I hit the gym twice this week so far. I don't want to gain anything or lose my workout progress this month.
Yesterday, I had a great day! I stayed in my calorie limits and exercised for an hour on my treadmill! I am going to try to continue that for the rest of this month!! It was a great day for me! My husband also found out that for now he is not getting laid off!! They are laying off 86, but it didn't get him. We are so relieved for the time being! This also helps with relieving the stress and helps me focus more on my health goals! To Success in 2008-2009! Gail
