I'm actually planning on starting the same program after I move(in 2 weeks). I have never in my life been a runner, but I know everyone says its good exercise so I really want to try it. Right now I don't have access to a treadmill and its below freezing outside, but it will be warmer once I get back to the south! Goodluck and let me know how its going!
It's the C25K: Couch to 5K, the nine week program where you build up to running a 5K. Basically, it's a way to learn how to run. It's under the challenges section, I just accidentally posted this as its own topic. Whoops!
