I also love the wii fit... because the kids and I do it together. However..... I just started doing the C25K program... just finished week 2. I have very avidlly told people that I am not a runner... but I have tried these first two weeks, and guess what? I am becoming a runner!! I can't believe it.. and I like it... that's the crazy part. It really is super easy... this weeks challenges will be a little harder, but looking forward to it!
I just purchased a Wii strictly for the Fitness. I have been on SparkPeople for a while and always start out very motivated then life takes over and I stop using the tools. I hope the Wii will keep me motivated to exercise and Sparkpeople's meal planning for my nutrition.

I'm in a serious exercise slump. I love my Wii, I enjoy doing yoga, I even admit to rockin' some Richard Simmons sometimes, but I need something different to get me back on track. So I'm checking into what other people's favorites are. What do you guys do for exercise that you really, genuinely enjoy?
