i have my 2 high days straight ur saying that will eventually catch up to me. or having a lot of high days u mean

also referred to as calorie cycling. I usually have a high day once a week and stay in the bottom of my calorie range for the most part.

Working out helps burn off what you are intaking, but don't think you can do it all the time, the over and above intake! Eventually it will catch up to you.

no i honestly never heard of that!! so zipzagging calories helps to lose weight then. i do eat between lowest 1200 a day and then 1700 the highest. i know its working but i was thinking that soon it would stop? :( lol

Have you ever heard of zigzagging your calories? It's supposed to "confuse" your body. Somedays you eat a low amount of calories then other days you eat a high amount of calories so that your body doesn't have a chance to go into starvation mode.

That's my only idea of what may be going on. Whatever it is, it's working!

so i NEVER have worked out. & in the past 20 days (with 5 straight days of no working out but 15days of working out no stop) ..... ive eaten fairly good n portions but ive eaten bad like, in n out 1x, mcdonalds1x, mexican food 5x, camping for 3 days ate smores n other things, & olive garden 2x!! i have gone from 148lbs to 142.6lbs in those 20 days is this normal to eat good and bad some days n still lose weight? or after a couple of more lbs drop off ill hit a plateau n not lose no more and i will def. have to change my diet to keep on losing?

hubby says as long as i workout its ok if i have some bad days
