no i honestly never heard of that!! so zipzagging calories helps to lose weight then. i do eat between lowest 1200 a day and then 1700 the highest. i know its working but i was thinking that soon it would stop? :( lol
Have you ever heard of zigzagging your calories? It's supposed to "confuse" your body. Somedays you eat a low amount of calories then other days you eat a high amount of calories so that your body doesn't have a chance to go into starvation mode.
That's my only idea of what may be going on. Whatever it is, it's working!
so i NEVER have worked out. & in the past 20 days (with 5 straight days of no working out but 15days of working out no stop) ..... ive eaten fairly good n portions but ive eaten bad like, in n out 1x, mcdonalds1x, mexican food 5x, camping for 3 days ate smores n other things, & olive garden 2x!! i have gone from 148lbs to 142.6lbs in those 20 days is this normal to eat good and bad some days n still lose weight? or after a couple of more lbs drop off ill hit a plateau n not lose no more and i will def. have to change my diet to keep on losing?
hubby says as long as i workout its ok if i have some bad days
