I have leveled off on my progress....again....and after learning from the last time, I am going to push past this! I leveled off in May and then all of a sudden lost 12lbs in June/July. SO I am making it my personal challenge for the month of September to get going with my C25K program. I will be extending week 1 into 4-5 days instead of only 3 but my main goal is to get 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week.
