I was going to give the same advice as HOPEFULHIPPO. I decided I was going to go at my speed whatever speed that was and not force myself to progress as the Weeks or Days did. If I have to stay on a Week for 2 or more weeks then I will.
All that matters is that I am out there doing it and enjoying it. Enjoying it being the key for me! Last go around several years ago, I was bound and determined to run not jog when they said run and I stopped before starting Week 2. My muscles and joints were killing me. Where is the fun in that? New attitude this time around and my body is loving the Granny Trot run and as I said I am enjoying it. I actually was looking forward to Week 2 Day 1 today! Gasp!!!
Following the Golden Rules:
1. Eat when I am hungry
2. Eat what I want
3.Eat consciously
4.Stop when I am full.
