I don't own a scale. I thought about buying one,but I know I will be on it every day,and it will be discouraging. There are so many things that can effect women weight. You might be retaining fluid. The clothes you wear this time may weigh more than the clothes you wore the last time you weighed. Maybe you are dehydrated to day and hydrated tomorrow. I go by how my clothes fit.

I just read your forum and I totally agree with you. I don't think it is necessary to get on the scale everyday either. For one thing it can be discouraging and disappointing. You might think you've lost a few pounds and the scale will show the opposite. This way if you wait a few weeks between weigh ins, you are more likely to see a difference.

Ladies, I only hear me now, I ONLY weight in monthly because to do the daily-weekly-biweekly-or2-weeks would make me go crazy . and believe me it not something you want to see. I set personal goals for each month a if I look like I'm not getting there something happens . my gown children ask went the last time I step on scale and is it safe to come over. . The scale friend or foe went you weight-in, it is up to you and you along, you do you and have fun losing for you and you are not along for here we together here .
