What about a committment to engage in a physical activity with a troop one or more each month? That might be as simple as an active song or game (easier with Daisies and Brownies) in the colder months or an outdoor meeting or neighborhood walk when it's warmer; hiking, canoeing and full blown camping trips could be goals to work for.

I would like to create a girl scouting/guide related team goal. The biggest problem I am having is creating a goal that seems like something that is more regular.
Currently, I am thinking along the lines of: Complete a Journey with your troop (this would be an annual goal, which I think isn't active enough. I also would like something broader to appeal to those that aren't leader, but are still active in scouting / guiding). I have created a sticky topic for this question, so feel free to share your thoughts by posting on the message board or by messaging me.
