Hi, Not sure if anyone has any interest in doing this but I, for one, am looking to get back on track and start losing a couple pounds each month.
That said................. I am setting up a challenge as follows:
Starting weight: 174.6
Ending weight goal: 170.6
Today 10/4 - down .8 lbs
I will follow the three rules of weight loss for this entire month!
1 - I will drink 8 glasses of water a day
2 - I will track all of my food each day INCLUDING weekends
3 - I will exercise 4 times a week.
I will report my successes/failures here each Tuesday after I weigh in at Weight Watchers.
Hope others join me so that we can head into the holiday's looking slimmer, trimmer, and healthier!
