Hi
I would like to join this challenge...even though I am a week late...story of my life! I am looking to participate in anything that will help my weight loss/good health journey. I will also drink the eight glasses of water, go to the fitness center at least 4 times a week, and begin to log my weight loss here with you good folks on Tuesday. Thank you all for your support.

WOO HOOOOOO - I hit my 10% weight loss at Weight Watchers! down 2.2 this week.

Starting weight: 174.6
Ending weight goal: 170.6

10/4: 174.6 - down .8 lbs
10/11: 172.2 - down 2.2 lbs

That's ok Rebeccama - you've had a rough time of it with the asthma. Hopefully things will settle down with you soon.

I am in!

Starting weight: 228 lbs.
Goal weight: 225 lbs.

I will:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
2. Get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep each night.
3. Increase my intake of fruits and veggies to 6 each day.

I need to get some more of this weight off. I'm ready!

I have my signature set up for a Fall 5% challenge so I can try to join you. I like to weigh in on Fridays or Saturdays.

1. I will track as much as possible (sometimes my internet at home is unreliable)
2. I will get at least one serving of fresh fruit or veggies each day
3. I will not eat after 9pm.

Hi, Not sure if anyone has any interest in doing this but I, for one, am looking to get back on track and start losing a couple pounds each month.

That said................. I am setting up a challenge as follows:

Starting weight: 174.6
Ending weight goal: 170.6

Today 10/4 - down .8 lbs

I will follow the three rules of weight loss for this entire month!
1 - I will drink 8 glasses of water a day
2 - I will track all of my food each day INCLUDING weekends
3 - I will exercise 4 times a week.

I will report my successes/failures here each Tuesday after I weigh in at Weight Watchers.

Hope others join me so that we can head into the holiday's looking slimmer, trimmer, and healthier!
