My goal is to do wii fit plus 30+ minutes of wii fit plus each day and do super hula hoop 10 minutes everyday.

With only a week left of June, my goals are to do at least 30 mins per day, and to have tried every exercise/activity/game in wii fit+ by the end of the month.

Hi, I did the may 22- 29th challenge and did great!
For June Im committing to
at least 30 min of wii a day, min of 5 days a week.
Track all food.
Post on message boards,
blog,
spin the wheel
add some strength training
encourage friends!

I am new to this group and want to write down my June goals. That will keep me accountable!

Fit Plus every day
Increase daily activity through Zumba classes, Zumba dvds, other active Wii games
Track food eaten

Did fairly well until this last weekend with the weight loss and exercise. Went on vacation and had a lot of fun. June will be a busy one with summer projects well underway and gardening to do so those extras should come off without a problem. Plan to get enough water and exercise at least 4 times a week.

Well, the first part of May did not go so well because I had strained a muscle in my hip area and was thinking maybe it was something I did on the Wii. So I exercised but very mildly. Now I am back to a routine and have even added the mild (free step) while watching TV to my daily routine.

For June, I hope to get some outdoor exercise in, and I am doing some challenges so I hope to keep up on those.
