Well, the first part of May did not go so well because I had strained a muscle in my hip area and was thinking maybe it was something I did on the Wii. So I exercised but very mildly. Now I am back to a routine and have even added the mild (free step) while watching TV to my daily routine.
For June, I hope to get some outdoor exercise in, and I am doing some challenges so I hope to keep up on those.
