track food daily, use wii fit at least every other day, lift weights at least 3 times a week, do an outside walk at least 2 times a week eat more vegetables, prepare more foods from scratch, try at least one new recipe a week, maintain my weight or lose up to 6 pounds since I was losing too fast
well, starting last sunday I have a 6 week goal of losing 13 pounds to put me under the 200 mark, by my birthday Nov. 6!!!! I have a goal to use the wii for at least 30 minutes every day, or do some other form of physical activity, to drink plenty of water and to eat more fruit and vegetables and watch portion sizes. I have a blog about it and I am updating it every day or so. Check it out!!!!

*I would like to lose the 3 pounds that has come on with allergy season. *I would like to be consistant with the 60 mins on the Wii 4 days a week. *I want to continue to drink 8 or more glasses of water each day. * Destress with making time to do a few things I love to do without feeling like I should be doing for others instead.

* Start incorporating jogging more, so that I can run up to 5 minutes at a time without stopping * Aim to eat 3 servings of fruits & veggies daily (currently aiming for 2) * Work to get myself out of bed by 5:15 daily (currently waking up between 5:30-5:45) * Do something active for 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week (currently aiming for 30, although I've been exceeding that quite a bit!) * Aim to lose 8 pounds (2 pounds per week)
My October goals are to lose the last stubborn 2 lbs from my September 5 lb goal (which really ends on 10/7 anyway). Lose my October 5 lbs. Spend at least 20 minutes a day 7 days a week exercising and spend 20 minutes a day cleaning my house. I am also planning on saving money, but I have not had time to go over my budget and clearly plan, so I guess my October financial goal is to go over my budget and clearly plan a savings strategy.
