2200 minutes for the month of July. fell short by 300 minutes next month I will get to my goal of 2500 minutes.

230 pounds: Get a pedicure

220 pounds: Get a new pair of pants

210 pounds: Get a new Hot Hula shirt

200 pounds: Buy a new series of books

190 pounds: Get a massage

180 pounds: Spend $250 on clothes

I know I'm late to enter the challenge, but I want to track my fitness goal for the month of July as well. I know that my minutes are always a little high so I am setting a goal of 2500 minutes.

as of 7/19 1372 of 2500 minutes

1125 minutes more to go I will make it!!

I know I workout or treadmill at least 40 mins 5 days a week. ;)

Ok, so I'm new to fitness minutes.

I am going to start slow and put a goal of about 500 fitness minutes for the month of July starting today. That way after a month, I can get a feel for how much I am actually doing and then set new goals.
