Ok, since our adoring leader is having some computer issues I think we should take the inititive & get our butts moving! So if noone objects - Starting Monday we will begin weekly challanges & I will keep track of the participants until our leader's return to office upon which time she can decide how we will continue doing the challanges. I will take suggestions on a weekly challange between now & Sunday evening & pick one to start on Monday. Can't wait to hear your ideas! Go team go!!!

I like it!!! and yes I like the weekly much better than the monthly keep me on my toes and honest on my diet.

I was thinking, what is we did weekly challanges instead of monthly ones? It seems like everyone is real excited at first when we start these, but by mid month noone is checking in. I'm a huge fan of the Biggest Loser show, we could maybe get some ideas from there. For example this week they were challanged to do 1000 steps on a step arobics riser, we could try something like doing 200 a day for a week, if you don't have a riser you can use the stairmaster at the gym or even just use the stairs at your house or work & step on & off the bottom one. What are your thoughts?

Hey ladies sorry about not posting up challenges. I should be getting my internet back soon. And will be able to get back up on the game. My challenge for this month or every day is to not have more than 50 net carbs a day and 315 minutes or more a week of cardio and strength. I've been loosing 1-2 pounds a week!!!! I'm always up for challenges - though just a suggestion, maybe we can do a challenge that lasts until christmas or something??

I know that i get discouraged if I tell myself I want to lose 10 in a month and then one week I slip up then usually get all mad etc lol knowing I only have 3 weeks left...

Just a thought -

Are we not doing challenges anymore? I know in the past they've been hit & miss & many people stop posting after a few weeks, but I still like the motivation of being challenged. I'd be willing to help keep track of the participants if we do one. It's not too late to get something started!
