Well done KACEY. You are an inspiration.
Not sure if you hear to Jillian Podcast on itunes. One caller has same situation where she was saying she is doing level 1 longer and was asking if that is ok. Jillian's reply was- well done...just make your way into it. Personally, I too feel level 1 is tough too. Keep it up.

Nice job, KACEY! I wouldn't worry about moving on to the next level if level 1 still challenges you. And you can always make level 1 MORE challenging by increasing weights and stuff. I have the same attitude as you -- if I see results, I stick with what I'm doing. Happy Shredding!

Still hanging in there. Not quite as tough as Day 1, but still gets my attention. I think I will be on Level 1 for the entire 30 days, and that's okay. As long as I'm seeing results, I'm happy. Since I am probably a lot older than most of you (66), I think Level 1 is fine for now.
