Amen! I usually have to lay there for a few seconds and pause the DVD before I can start stretching. Truth be told, I do my own stretching but I like the music and Jillian's praise at the end so I keep it going in the background. Anyways, good job getting through it!

This is the first day that I was abe to participate in the cool down and stretches. The first two days, all I could do after the last exercise was lie in the floor and gasp for air. Progress!
