Yep -- had my abuse last night and it was only Level 1. I rediscovered how to do lunges properly so that's added an entirely new dimension for me! Oh, and on some of the exercises I'm getting through them for the first time with heavier weight and/or no rests. Can't believe it! Just stick with it and you'll see progress.
