Ashlie you''re WAY too strong! Your body doesn't forget the 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and 6W6P. The first 4 weeks of BR are foundation weeks, so she actually gives you ideas of how to make it harder! And you're going to need to use them, if you want to challenge yourself. I hated cardio 1, I was bored out of my mind, so I did my own cardio. But, you will LOVE her new style of teaching, and the new class dynamic makes the workouts more FUN than any of her other DVDs. So the workout is over before you know it. I know you can find 35 minutes a day for Jillian, but if you want to kick it up a notch she recommends doing an a.m and p.m. workout with the p.m. being an extra cardio workout.
