I started BR today, after a 3 week workout hiatus. Shew it was a killer. I feel really good though. I timed Workout 1 @ a lil over 29 minutes and cardio 1 @ a lil over 23. I do count the warmup, but not cooldowns.

Melinda I haven't done all 12 weeks yet, even though I should have, but they should be the same, which is about 35 minutes each so far. Jillian say's the program is designed to get you ripped in 30 minutes 6 days a week, but if you're looking for more, she gives you the option to do the cardio workout everyday, if you want to. emoticon

I have a question, are all 12 week workouts, 30 minutes or do they get longer later in the program. I am trying to schedule the workouts into my schedule.

Ashlie you''re WAY too strong! Your body doesn't forget the 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and 6W6P. The first 4 weeks of BR are foundation weeks, so she actually gives you ideas of how to make it harder! And you're going to need to use them, if you want to challenge yourself. I hated cardio 1, I was bored out of my mind, so I did my own cardio. But, you will LOVE her new style of teaching, and the new class dynamic makes the workouts more FUN than any of her other DVDs. So the workout is over before you know it. I know you can find 35 minutes a day for Jillian, but if you want to kick it up a notch she recommends doing an a.m and p.m. workout with the p.m. being an extra cardio workout.
emoticon I promise! You've got this!

Ashli - That works for me. It will help to keep both of us motivated. Hope your hours at work get better.

Melinda - I might start mine next week, so I won't be too far ahead. We can still keep track here, and motivate each other.

Marki - I'm worried BR is gonna wear me out. I haven't worked out in almost two weeks. I started a new job, and my hours have been all over the place. I've been running (not literally) everywhere, and I feel so wore out. I know I need to get back on track though.

Ashlie :)

Ashlie emoticon emoticon I wish I had known you were going to get it! I would have started over with you! But I'll be here to cheer you on every day! It's not as important to be doing the same workout on the same day as it is to be doing the same program on the same day. Although, you might find the first four weeks a little easy, and probably won't feel it, until you get to works 5 & 6. since you've been doing 6W6P and you're a Ripped survivor. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I just ordered mine a couple of days ago and it is scheduled to be here next week. I was planning on starting mine 28th. We can work together if you like and I will only be a week behind you.

I recently got Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Anyone want to start a rotation in the next few days or so?
