I had the same feelings when I was almost done with 30ds! I wanted MORE! haha.. and Ripped in 30 definitely gave me just that! 6 week 6 pack is also a great video for more core focused strength training! Have fun on vacation! =D
You should do her video Ripped in 30! It's pretty much the "Sequel" to the 30 day shred, only with a few slight changes! There are 4 videos rather than 3. They're all the same length as the 30 day shred ones, but there are THREE strength moves in the beginning of each circuit rather than only 2 like in 30 day shred. I think it made for a lot more variety!! =] Also She makes a point to say that there are NO MOVES REPEATED throughout the entire series! Which also makes it move really fast =]
I moved onto it from 30 day shred and I still go back to it to get a workout in! They're awesome! =] I couldn't suggest it more!
