Up until this week I was doing the WATP videos and walking around the track at the school while my grandsons participated in the running club. The last few days I have been faux painting my dining room, it should be compltetly done tomorrow including the trim. ;0)

is there a way to talk someone into trying a walking away the lbs video? my dh walks outside when the weather is good. it is starting to get cold and crappy and with that he will stop exercising. i would like to get him to try to workout more. we both need to loose more weight but if i can motivate him on the fitness side maybe he may have more energy to make more healthy choices.

mostly walking at work. friday was painting saturday is teh big push for painting the back of the house. i wont do a "workout" but i will be climbing the ladder , squating and using my arms a lot.

Yesterday I walk four miles on the Treadmill,and did 60 mins on the Elliptical it was great emoticon emoticon

My main form of exercise is walking on the treadmill that I have parked in front of a huge television set in my family room. I recently bought a fitness ball and love it, but the instructions say not to bounce on it or it can burst and I was so tempted, so I bought myself a Hoppity-Hop ball, just like the one I had in the early 70's, and let me tell you, that thing gives me a work out just balancing and bouncing in front of the television. Best of all, it feels great on my lower back and after using it, I feel warm and tingly all over. I do get my heart rate up and work up a light sweat, just bouncing on it. I will not be buying another fitness ball as any exercise that is done on the fitness ball can be done on the Hoppity-Hop plus it is safe to bounce on!

So far today, I spent 5 minutes bouncing/balancing on the hop ball while working my upper body with 3-pound dumbbells and then 30 minutes of bouncing at varying intensity. It is something different, that works the leg muscles, core, and even the upper body.

In the morning, I did Bob Harper's Weight Loss Yoga. In the evening I did Groove and Burn with Billy Blanks, Jr.

I'm really getting better at the yoga than I was. It's a lot better for me now.

Today I went to the gym and I got on the Elliptical (35 Minutes) the Treadmill (15 Minutes - 10% Incline) then I hit the weights (20 Minutes) and then I ran the track (2.25 Miles - 30 Minutes) That was a 13 minute mile run! Oh yes!! Im feeling like me again!!! emoticon

Oh yeah, when I got home it was super nice like a Spring day so I walked up to the store and back which put me at 145 minutes for today.

Tomorrow Im going to my sisters so I will get a good hour or so in. I know we will do Kenpo, Tae Bo and Yoga so we may get 90 minutes even.

I havent worked out for a few days now so am going to go to the gym in the morning. Usually I go Mon-Wed-Fri and sometimes Sat, then on Tues I go workout with my sister and on Thur I workout at home but this last week didnt really go that way idk why but I miss the gym!
