CaramelsMom I think you can count the other workouts as long as you workout six days out of seven. When I wrote it I was just thinking walks, but it makes sense to count any activity as long as it is at least 10 minutes (which is how long a WATP mile is). So I'll say count it.

I have a question. What qualifies for the 10 points for working out 6 days out of 7. I don't always walk or do WATP videos. I have recorded points only 3 days out of the 7 so far this month. In days I didn't record points I have danced, swam, and walked distances less than 1 mile but I did something every day. Does this qualify 10 points for working out for the 6 days out of 7? I try to have one day that I just do a short workout but I do at least 10 minutes of something every day or else my tracker says I didn't meet my goal.

Greygrannygoose and everyone else on the challenge: if you want to count miles walked in addition to video miles that's okay. The idea is to keep everyone moving so a mile is a mile. The main goal here is to workout and have fun doing it!

Well I did all of Leslie's Belly Blasting Walk 2 miles. I did all of it and wow I was sweating. I always feel good after doing her walks. I walked 3 miles yesterday the 2nd. I have 5 points for the last 2 days of walking and 5 points from today for doing the whole video. I may need to redo it like the one below my post so it is easier to keep up with.
