I've only been doing WATP for about a week and a half and I'm really enjoying that feeling of success afterwards. Does anyone else feel pain in their calves or hips while walking or is it just me being so out of shape?

When dinner digest I will do my Walk at Home belly buster. It is a walk to challenge you. I enjoyed it. I did it once last week. Because I bought more walk at home DVD's and I do different ones through the week. I enjoy all of them.

Hello I did Leslie's Walk Slim today Fast and Firm 4 Really Big Miles. I was not sure that I could do it but I did. I may have not did every movement that she did but I did continue to walk. By the time I was finished I was dripping with sweat. I am glad that I did it. I will do her again on Thursday and Saturday the other days I do my Gazelle with resistants, I look forward to working out now.
