15 lb. In and Out Bicep Curls=15
15 lb. Squats=30
Negative Underhand Pull ups=5
8 lb. Tricep Kickbacks=12
15 lb. Lunges=15 each side (increasing to 20 next time)
10 lb. Seated Bent Over Shoulder Flys=12
10 Push ups (on feet!)
25 Standard Crunches
40 Oblique Karate Chops=20 each side
10 Pull ups (5 under, 5 over)
Also did 1 1/2 minutes of Full Plank and 30 sec. single leg side planks

About 25 minutes

3 mile walk on Leslies bust body fat with weights dvd. It was a good workout. Definately think I have stuck with Leslie better than any other workout I've done.

Walked 5 miles outside then 3 miles WATP. Then walked 2 more miles to get the paper. After that went to the lake for a total of 12 miles so far today

Saturday August 11- 30 min walk outside
Sunday August 12-30 min walk outside after church.
Feeling great, already have lost about 3 pounds in about a week 1/2. Hope to keep up the trend. Just bought Leslies new 5 day walk and 4 mile walk that I saw on collegevideo.com. I ordered them Friday August 10th and hope to receive them at least by Friday August 17th. Meanwhile, I am going to start the 3 mile walk on Leslies bust the body fat with weights. Wish me luck. I am starting to feel that I am building stamina and it doesn't feel as hard. I think these dvds are helping me with the outside walking too.

To answer TRESEYGIRL- WATP= Walk Away The Pounds.

Worked Hy Vee last night doing checker so I was on my feet for almost 8 hours straight,
then worked the hotel for 3 hours. I have ST to do tonight and Turbo Kick to help teach. 45 minutes Turbo and then about 30 minutes ST

Did 20 push ups this morning after reading my Bible, and I haven't done anything since the month started since I was at kids camp. We walked all over the place so that probably counts for something, but nothing that really got my heart rate up. Just made my feet tired. LOL! :)

Monday I am starting fresh, but I am practicing some Turbo tomorrow and want to get in some strength training as well!
