I walk daily and do about 10,000 steps per day as well as go to the gym and do strength exercises and cardio there. just wish the scale would move! the scale hasn't moved much but the measurements are moving so I am just as happy as well as I have found I can walk further for longer periods of time than I was able to do a month ago

May 14th I did a 25 minute run and then Turbo Kick. Yesterday I did Turbo Sculpt. Today I am aiming for a 45 minute run.
This month my challenge is do turbofire program. I am doing turbofire (low intensity).I am in week 3. Yesterday was 25 hit and 10 abs and 20 tone and I did day 4 of spring challenge (7 min upper body with resistance band). Today, 15 hit and tone 30 and walked 25 min. Will do day 5 of the spring challenge and walk 30 min

The 1st I did Back and Biceps as well as X Stretch. Both from P90X Yesterday was X Stretch again and then a 5K last night. Today is Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and then 2 Turbo Kick classes tonight!
