My challenge for this month is to work my way up to walking 2 miles twice a day for at least 5 days. I am using the 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD. The plan is to do miles 1&2 in the morning and then miles 1&4 in the afternoon.
Wish me luck! I am definitely out of shape!!

My challenge for myself this month is to get to the point that I can do 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds walks/dvds consistently without taking a breather or modifying at all :) Just getting back into WATP again so I started out yesterday with a 1 Mile Walk and boy did I sure feel it in my hips!!! Hoping to do the 1 Mile Walks comfortably by the beginning of next week, move on to 2 miles for a week or two, and then get to those 3 milers :)

Small goal here. 400 minutes this month. I will most likely go over but am being modest in my calculations.

I'm going to do 60 minutes exercise per day, made up of walking and strength exercise. I love walking and don't find this a challenge, but I don't do any strength exercise and now is the time to start. I know I need to do both if I want to see results.
