You can't deprive yourself, but you know that you can't indulge whenever you want as well. That's half the battle. Now you have to make a conscious effort to think about what you put in your mouth. It's so easy to just do and then regret it later. So flop that!!! Think about how you feel when you do and don't!! I know it's not easy, from experience. But you CAN do it! Even when you are around it all the time! I work at a school and people are always putting things I love in the lounge. I don't eat there anymore, I eat at my desk. Keeps me away from temptation. You could bring snacks that are healthy to help you avoid the junk and stay away from it as much as possible.

So I need some help walkers! I have been doing so good staying away from the sugary sweets lately around my house but I work at a Cafe' and they make all sorts of tempting treats there and I am having a hard time staying away from them. I did do well yesterday though, wanted a cookie and had an apple instead. Any helpful tips that could get me out of this situation?
