I'm just now getting in on this challenge but I still want to get going THIS month instead of waiting until March. So ... I guess for the rest of the month my goal will be 250 minutes minimum but if my fibro lets me, I'd really like to push and get closer to 500 minutes :) I'm pretty much starting over from scratch with the exercise so tomorrow I will be taking it easy with a 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd. I'm actually looking forward to getting back into it again :)

Walk challenge is 10,000 steps a day, 5 days a week. My biggest challenge is to get through each day and at the end of it, be satisfied with myself.

My personal challenges for this month will be 10 minutes of fitness per day minimum. The new 28 day Spark Boot Camp dvd. Reading my Bible daily. Church every Sunday. Lose 5 lbs.
