Do we just post what we have done? I joined Leslie on FB for this 3 week Jan challenge and so far I have done all the required days but one! up to my 60 min a day and 3 times strength training!

Goal: to get to the 65min 5 Really Big Miles...I just can't seem to manage that last 5 minutes/last boosted walking! the bod is like NO WAY! Hopefully by the end of this month it will be done!

My goal for this year is 200 miles walked, and 62 pounds lost. That equates to ~17 miles per month walking and a little over a pound a week. I can do that, yes I can! I am very surprised that I have already been able to walk over 20 miles and lost 3 pounds in January with 2 weeks still to go, but I'm happy to surprise myself with positive things! We've had a really mild winter so far, I know it's not normally this dry in the northwest this time of year, but starting the year ahead of my goals feels so good!

I will try for 1000 mins this mon. I am very out of shape, so i will go with the flow. What i can't do on the treadmill, i will do in other workouts to make up the mins.

Happy New Year!
I plan to get back to aerobic walking 3 days per week and strength training 3 days per week. Sunday will be my rest, relaxation and reflection day. I am starting on the meal and exercise plan developed by XanGo for its Faváo weight loss program. I started last Monday with the Faváo Cleanse and after the work of the cleanse, on Wednesday I had lost 2 pounds.
My goal is to walk for 30-45 minutes 3 days per week.
