My goal is 157 miles for the month.

December 1: 120 Minutes
December 2: 119 Minutes 11 miles walked
December 5: 120 Minutes 4 miles walked one hour silver sneakers class
December 12: 18 Minutes workout on Biggest Loser WII
December 13: 3 Miles walking
December 14: 90 minutes walking and biking, one hour silver sneakers class and 30 minutes working on the strength training machines.

December 15: 2 1/2 hours bowling one the womens winter league and then came home and worked in the house for 2 1/2 hours.

December 16: 115 minutes walking and biking at the fitness center; 30 minutes working out on the strength training machines; 2 hours working in the house cleaning.

December 17: 21 minutes playing WII bowling with my son and 40 minutes cleaning the house.

December 18: 2 hours of cleaning the house with my son.

December 19: 72 minutes working out at the fitness center walking on the treadmill and the ellipitical trainer.

December 20: 60 minutes working out with the silver sneakers class and 1 hour cleaning house.

My goal is 157 miles for the month.

December 1: 120 Minutes
December 2: 119 Minutes 11 miles walked
December 5: 120 Minutes 4 miles walked one hour silver sneakers class
December 12: 18 Minutes workout on Biggest Loser WII
December 13: 3 Miles walking
December 14: 90 minutes walking and biking, one hour silver sneakers class and 30 minutes working on the strength training machines.

December 15: 2 1/2 hours bowling one the womens winter league and then came home and worked in the house for 2 1/2 hours.

December 16: 115 minutes walking and biking at the fitness center; 30 minutes working out on the strength training machines; 2 hours working in the house cleaning.

December 17: 21 minutes playing WII bowling with my son and 40 minutes cleaning the house.

December 18: 2 hours of cleaning the house with my son.

I'm doing Leslie's December Challenge. This is my first challenge, and I'm loving it! I love having a goal to meet each day, but have never been good at setting my own. This is perfect for me, I'm on day 12 and going strong! 5 fat burning miles done today! :o)
