My goal for November is to do the 15 minute "starter" mile video on Real Age every morning. this should prepare me to start walking farther in December. Slow and steady WILL win the race! emoticon

well, I'm starting over again....so my goal is to do a WATP 3Xweek for November. I'll have to start slow tho with a 2 mile, then work back up.
