My October minutes pledged is 2,000 minutes. This is double my September pledge but I wanted to aim high to really push myself. I have been on a plateau for 2 whole months now and I WILL break it in October!
And a personal goal I am setting for myself is to start doing Leslie Sansone EVERY SINGLE DAY and to start with the 1 mile walks and work my way up to AT LEAST a 3 mile walk daily by the end of the month.

KEEP TRACKING THOSE MILES AND MINUTES. IF YOU WANT TO ADD A PERSONAL CHALLENGE, FEEL FREE TO DO SO!!! I DON'T ADD EXTRA'S BECAUSE I WANT AS MANY PEOPLE TO BE INVOLVED AS CAN BE AND THIS IS A GOAL THAT EVERYONE CAN MEET.
