After the morning walk I did not know if I could reach my goal. After several hours of rest I put on a pedometer and went outside and then fished the goal up this evening. I am so fatigued, but I feel good. Goal accomplished.

Yes! My goal was to do at least one Leslie mile each day. There were some days without a workout but many with a 4 mile walk. 1 mile hardly does anything for me now.
I am glad I joined because I feel great now.

I just put a new picture of myself on my spark page.
The person snapped the picture while I was eating something. It is one picture I have that reminds what a fat, unhealthy person I had become.

It put it on my SparkPage to remind me how I was so that I will never get back to that weight again.

I guess I am working at being my own biggest loser.

Was curious so I used my BibleWorks program to give me all the verses with the word "walk".

The Bible has 182 verses w/ the word “walk”, 82 verses w/ walked”, & 48 verses “walking”.

That is enough to put together a Walk devotional. If nothing else we see that without walking not much get's done.

So when we hear Leslie on the DVD say "Walk, walk, walk", we can be reminded to Walk.

Stepped up my goal yesterday. I want to do 131 miles this month. 131 by 1/31. I really feel so much better.

Praise God for Leslie Sansone, WATP, the team, that give me the drive to do better. I am feeling and seeing results. Amen.

I am going for 40 miles, too.
Calculating from this day, that is 10 miles a week.
