Empty nest, if you've got a sweet tooth, try roasting root veggies and squashes and vadalia onions. Roasting veggies in general brings out their natural sweetness. Start with carrots, which are naturally higher in sugar anyway, and add more veggies as you go along.

Need to be in but really don't like many veggies. Can do OK with fruits, but veggies . . . yuck! I'll try. Any suggestions from my fellow walkers?
