I am one of the co leaders of this team, and I am doing this challenge with you for the fun of it and for the exercise. But should I come out on the top, I want the spark goodie to go to whom ever is just below me! Lets do this and have fun too!

TEACHPCE1, Welcome to the team! I am one of the co leaders of this Team. Please be aware that when you start this site, most of your pages will be set so the security is so high that we can not see your page, we can not send you friend request or see that you sent us any, or send you spark goodies, until you make changes to your settings. All we can do is see if you posted in here, and if so then click to reply to your post, or click to send you a personal msg from your post.

If you so choose to change your settings, you go to your profile page, and on the top right hand side click to edit your page. From the next page that comes up, again on the top right hand side there will be some check box options. You will want to be sure that your page is not set up so that only friends can see it, because then we can not try to be your friend. You will also want to be sure that your page is set for online, not off line. In this same area you have the choice to keep you trackers for you food and exercise hidden or not, this is totally up to you and does not stop us from being friends in any way.

I hope this info helps you. If you so choose to change your settings, then please feel free to send me a friend request. And if you choose not to that is okay too. All my best to you always.

I'm here! BTW, thanks for the '10 for 10' challenge...there were a couple of days that I thought of weaseling out of exercising, and then thought: Sheesh! 10 minutes? Get off yer lazy arse!
