I made my Feb movement challenge but just barely. I want to continue w same challenge 360 min moving but fooling myself into more by continuing the 15 min/day dance goal + 28 day bootcamp w/ 10 min videos. Doing one more water then into the 28BC right after all my huddles.

The Paper Grrrlll delivers each and every day!

In January, I reached 731 minutes. In February, I reached 797 minutes. For both months, my goal was 15 minutes daily exercise. I am keeping that goal with a bit of twist - 15 minutes mimimum of daily exercise and goal of 800 or more minutes.

I can do this!!

Again, you set your own goal - how many minutes you would like to achieve, or your goal for weight/reps. Whatever works best for your fitness goals.
