My goal is small because I am just starting to work out again. I think I can make it to the gym three times a week so lets go with 400 minutes this month.

We started this year, with a cardio minutes challenge led by Team Leader DAN072254 (Thank You!)

Let's keep in going in February, with a twist. This time we will include all types of fitness - cardio, strength, tone, etc.

Again, you set your on goal - how many minutes you would like to achieve, or your goal for weight/reps. Whatever works best for your fitness goals.
