I am going to go through each room (luckily it is a small apartment) and visualize what I want the room to look like. I will in my mind spare no cost (In reality I am unemployed and work on small contracts when they come in) but I feel it is important to let my imagination run wild. I will then make a list of what it will take to make this happen. Hmmmm, I've done vision boards before for my career perhaps I can create one for my apartment or each room. I will start with my bedroom.

I am not feeling my best. I decided that it might be possible I will not feel my best tomorrow either. So I rescheduled Mom's appointments on my future off days. And I will leave work early and get some sleep.

Many times we struggle meeting a goal because we are not properly prepared. What will you do TODAY that will help you achieve a goal TOMORROW?

Today I'm going to do some meal planning. I've been eating out WAY to often lately because I'm not prepared to cook at home. Cooking is not my favorite thing, so if it isn't easily accomplished...it's not gonna happen. Knowing that...I'm going to take stock of my pantry and fridge contents, look at some recipes (can you say crock pot?), go to the grocery if necessary....and get some home cooking happening!

How about you?
