Thanks so much!

I am super proud of the way I handled 2 all day training sessions where the food was provided. Definitely made better choices the second date.

And, I am right on track today. I DID NOT use it as an excuse to the blow the week.

Okay, this is the hardest time of the year for so many people and for some many different reasons. It is so easy to give up or give in. Let's not. Instead of focusing on what went wrong or how much more we have to do, right here, right now, let's acknowledge what went well or what we did accomplish.


Simply stated: Tell us what went right.

Crossed off something off your list? Skipped a second or third helping? Made it to a Zumba class? Smiled when someone commented about your weight loss?

Anthing. Everything.

Post often. You will feel better for the sharing.
