Although it may sound weird, but sometimes it helps to focus on a new short term goal to stay on track. So this challenge is identify a mini goal that you can do for one day or one week (your choice).
It can be as simple as Today I will walk pass the office holiday candy bowl without eating one. Imagine how empowering that would be to avoid that temptation.
Or, perhaps, just this week, I will eat salad for lunch at least 3 times. The idea is to have control over at least one meal and enjoy something healthy despite all the yummy, but least healthy items during this holiday season.
