Making good choices with so many tempting items out there is hard. So, here's something that I do that helps reign me in when facing so many delicious, but less healthy goodies.
Opt for a serving of vegetables or a fruit.
For me, adding or selecting a serving of vegetables or fruit, especially when there are so many other choices around, reminds me of my commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Also, sometimes when I eat the fruit, it actually satisfies me and I do not want anything else.
So, give it a go...
And, if you have a healthier eating trick that keep you on track when there is an abundance of other less healtier options, please do share.
