I just returned from vacation. I did do some walking, but it was limited by the weather.

However, I was lucky enough to have a wonderful day at the Grand Canyon. I walked for a total of 90 minutes. It was beautiful.

Went to a new (to me) Super Center Grocery Store and didn't know where anything was = lots of walking.

I walked 30 minutes on my lunch break Friday. Yesterday my only walk was to the river & back, and I kayaked for 3 hours. It was GREAT!

Let's start with some cardio - a 15 minute or more walk. That's it. It can be outside, at the mall, in the company parking lot or, in place. Anywhere!

With a buddy, a honey, your child, parent or on your own. What matters is that you do it.

Just 15 minutes. Take the time. You deserved it.
